Students are expected to have the HSC (or equivalent) qualification at a minimum. However, consideration will also be given to students
- who can demonstrate a strong computing background and/or work experience in an IT-related area;
- who have a diploma or degree from a non-IT discipline;
- who have an IT-related Diploma or certification.

There are no additional requirements associated with the application for enrolment into this course.
