Aims
The aim of this course is to provide professionals in the Information Technology (IT) industry with study in database implementation and management that is current, relevant and integrates industry certifications in the field.
Upon completion of this course, graduates will possess:
- an informed and reflexive perspective on the issues associated with computer Databases
- advanced skills in the design, implementation and management of Databases
- skills in identifying and producing Database solutions to meet the customer business needs
- industry certification from Microsoft or Oracle
Course structure
To graduate with the Graduate Certificate, students must satisfactorily complete 4 subjects from the Master of Database Design and Management , two of which must be industry certification subjects (industry certification subjects are subjects that start with the prefix ‘ITI’ or ‘MGI’).
